1979 Hondo Fender-copy bass value?

I got a Fullerton Fender Bass circa
1983. Probably one of the last ones made there. The frets measured bigger and it's harder to play than my 70's precision.
Any suggestions? It was just rest restrung LaBellas and set up but still hard to play.

I recently saw one for the unbelievable price of $75...but it came with a $150 gig bag.
