It’s a 1980 Sabre body ( fully functional) and perfectly and genuinely relic’d
And a 1979 stingray neck.
heres the deal.
The neck has a bow on the treble side which we can fix with a fret job.
Truss rod works as it should.
Basically we would remove frets, bring the neck up to tension in the fret jig,
Sand it level and refret.
It will be a perfect playing 40 year old bass at that point
That’s the 1600 dollar deal
Or!
I can sell the bass as is for less and you can deal with the neck but I guarantee you our fret work is second to none.
another deal is a part out.
I think the body Loaded alone is probably worth 1000
If I’m wrong please make a reasonable offer
As far as the neck goes I’m thinking around 400
I will drive ( within reason) to meet.
