After much consideration I’m letting this go to focus solely on playing 4 string basses. 1996 Sadowsky NYC 5 string Jazz bass. I snagged this locally from Donovan at Fretspot before he posted it on his site! Let me say this bass is magical! Superb playability, phenomenal tone (very sweet, sits so well in the mix) and about the best B string I’ve heard regardless of scale. Comfy at 9.2lbs, has the VTC as noted on the inside of the electronics cover in the attached pic.

It has its share of bumps, scratches, and nicks but this is a sweet mojo machine. Elevates the sound of any playing situation I’ve used it in. Fresh Sadowsky stainless strings installed.
