- Mohagony body with what I believe is a flamed walnut top. It could be something else. The headstock look like Zebra.
- Set neck design. Five piece maple neck with walnut stringers and volute headstock. 12" radius fret board, 34" scale neck
- 24 fret ebony fret board
- Alembic Epic electronics is 9v power supply active preamp, two band active EQ bass / treble boost and cut with center detent.
- Volume and blend knob with center detent
- One pair of Alembic MXY soapbar active pickups. Crystal clear trademark Alembic tone, dead silent electronics studio and stage ready. All solderless plug and play system.
- New 45-100 DR Fatbeams bass strings

Again, this bass is a dream to play and hear. I NEVER get tired of the Alembic tone. No other bass sounds like it. It is an addictive tone and an addictive bass. You can't stop playing it. Easy to play slap or finger style.
