1x15 Bass Cab

I have a 400 watt 1x15 Bass cab, On the back panel it has two jacks, one says Input and the other says "ext. System" Can I use the ext. system jack to run a second line from the output of my head to the Cab?

No! Unless it's quite out of the ordinary, it's an "extension speaker" jack. To plug in another speaker cab.
So, if ur amp can handle the impedance, you can run a speaker lead from your amp TO your cab & another lead out of the other jack socket on that cab, TO another cab-preferably with identical impedance & speakers.

It's hard to know what you're dealing with here.

In the case of an amp with two channels you're talking about connecting both to one cab, both willl be destroyed instantly. Don't do that!

If it's a single amp with dual output jacks it won't make a blind bit of difference.

If it's a combo and you're talking about adding another amp, that would be same as the first case. Don't do that!
