2 Push/Pull 25k volume pots. These were originally used for EMG-TW's that can be switchable from single to dual coil. These are normally about $14 each.

Considering I have 40 something tranactions here and 160 successful auctions on eBay, all with perfect 100% feedback, I don't think I'm a big risk.

I give good deals. TB has no business telling me how to conduct my transactions through a third party site it has no affiliation or interest invested. Especially if that "rule" causes me to have to pass on cost to the buyer through my asking price.
While I agree with the not asking the buyer for the 3% rule, it is overstepping to say we can't use other PayPal methods open to us.

Payment through PayPal. PM me for method of choice.

EDIT: Upon further review, after researching PayPal's rules on this, I will no longer require/ask for the Personal Payment method.
However, PayPal also states I can receive the payment method of the buyer's choice. We'll just leave it at that.
