Hi all,

As promised here's some not that exciting pics of my little studio situation. :)

Deep into M83 record right now, going slowly but quite well. Have to have it delivered in April, looks like.

Juggling remote session work on three different indie records, grateful for that.

Doing some mixing for a German band, don't know a lot about it.

Working a little on some live NIN footage for indeterminate usage.

Going to Disneyland w/ my kid and girlfriend on Sunday.

There you have it.

oops...looks like I can't add anymore pics.

Hey, does anybody know how I can get more storage space, or who to talk to on these boards about that? I can only seem to load maybe 7 or 8 tiny pics....

"We're an independent Ambient/Progressive/Rock band (we call it Dream Rock) based out of Maryland that officially launched on 1.1.11."

how the hell does that happen? one day they're all just sitting around, next day they're a band with justin producing? boy, those guys must either be terrific and well known musicians who came together to put together a supergroup, or they're expert schmoozers ;)

They were pretty well-funded. And that was about a year ago, btw.

They're no one I am familiar with. Unless they moved to MD recently, I don't recognize them. They also live in Frederick, not exactly the epicenter of the music scene in MD.

No shows booked and whopping 443 plays on their myspace.

Its not uncommon here though. There are several big names in the area who you can record/work with so long as you have the cash. I've shared bills with groups of kids from here who are signed to real labels, have legit entertainment lawyers, nightly guarantees and draw absolutely no one to the show, yet they walk away with hundreds of bucks that night because they recorded with the right people here and sucked the right promoters schlong.
