I have the opportunity to check out a mint condition '06 MIM Jazzer for $ 400 Canadian. I am brand new to bass and have heard the post '08 MIMs are in general superior to the pre '08s. Is this true? I know you have to pick and choose, try them out and such and there are dogs and winners in ever year and country of manufacture. What I'm asking is, is there a pretty strong case for this theory. The bass is a pretty good drive from where I am and I don't want to waste my time if you guys think I should just hold out for a newer one to pop up. Thanks.
