Hello all…Mollykay here.

I am selling off my remaining collection of basses so I can downsize.

This listing is for a 2007 Engelhardt in excellent condition. This was purchased brand new from International Violin of Baltimore. It was hand picked by the owner. It was gigied maybe three times. Other than that it has been in the house in the stand. Has little to no wear. I put Innovation Silver Slaps on it a few years ago, other then that she is bone original.

I will slowly be listing other basses, AI amp, strings (lots of Gamut guts) and a Kay tail piece. I also have guitars, banjo’s and 10 Ingles Adjustable Bass Stands. Thanks!

Hello Jim - I posted some additional photographs of the bass. It is really in nice condition, I had forgotten how pristine this bass is. We are located in southern PA. One hour north of Baltimore in rural Amish country.

Hi Molly - Yes, a very nice S9! I’m in Cincinnati so you are a bit far away. Not impossible but I’ll need to consider the practicality of making a 2 day round trip pilgrimage to you. (Was hoping you were closer!) Thanks again. Jim

Thanks Molly - Will consider further. Ideally, I would somehow like to have my luthier do a pre-buy inspection and appraisal. Not sure I can work that out but will talk to him to see if it’s possible. I note your space is limited but assume you could squeeze the S-9 in there somewhere …. Will be back in touch.

I have no interest here, but based on reputation and past activity here, I'd say Molly is pretty close to the top of any list of sellers you don't have to worry about. If she says it is clean, I would be shocked to hear otherwise.

Whether a blond 07 Engle is worth $1900 to you is something only you can decide.
