Hi Everyone,
Im posting this to get a feeler for possible trades. I may end up selling it but for now looking for trades. What I'd like is a Jazz Bass. Preference is Lakland, then Fender, with RW fretboard. I value this bass around $1, 900 so Id like Jazz basses in that ballpark. I would consider something close to it and either myself or you settles with cash if its in the vicinity. We can discuss that offline.
A little about this bass. I bought it from a fellow TB-er maybe 1.5-2 years ago. Its a 2008 Lakland USA Bob Glaub in Cherryburst over ash, with a RW fretboard. This color was done custom. The neck is the J Width 1.5". Pickups are stock Fralins. Weight is 8.7 lbs. The bass will come with the factory cream tolex Lakland hardcase. The bass is in excellent condition. Maybe a few small scratches here and there, but very negligible. I would say condition is 9/10.
I love this Bass, really enjoy playing it, and Im torn to part with it. Only reason I am considering this is because I recently bought another almost brand new USA Glaub with a Maple fretboard which I also love. I cant justify having two very similar basses. I rather mix it up and get a nice Jazz. I just sold a 2011 Fender American Deluxe Jazz on TB. I liked that Jazz, but I wasn't as comfortable with the C-type neck.If I
cant find something soon I will possibly list it For sale.
