2011 Fender P bass 60th Anniversary neck plate Maple Board w/ Satin neck finish like new condition with not a scratch on it 8lbs, 11 oz Fender case with TSA locks Currently installed with the a Bill Lawrence P-46 pickup (signed by Bill himself, RIP), black pick guard and recently a Hipshot detuner (since photos were taken). The original pickup and tuning key are included as well. Amazing bass over all. Only selling since I'm just leaning these days more towards the sound of active electronics in my current project. Only trades I'm looking for currently are the below- A Musicman Stingray 4-string fretted or fretless A G&L model bass (fretted or fretless) Would especially love to try an SB-1. Thinking around $800 shipped CONUS {} {} {} {} {}
+1 for pics of the back. Also, I know nothing about Bill Lawrence pickups. Is this a high output thing tuned for specific range? Or more of a classic vintage sounding pickup.
Hey guys, I'll snap some pics of the back when I get home from work this evening and add them here (work on snapping some better ones overall as well). For questions about the Bill Lawrence (Wylde) P-46 I'd describe them as warm and punchy but maybe a tad more traditional sounding then say a Fralin. This is the thread that first introduced me to them- http://www.talkbass.com/threads/bil...i-review-best-p-pickup-ive-ever-tried.528005/
Ugh, I just played a 2014 Standard today on my lunch break and loved it way more then I ever thought I could. This one is calling me...
Wow.. If only I had the $$.. Great upgrades and very reasonably priced. You sir are a gentleman! Marc
