Hey there,
I'm selling my Czech-Ease bass... This is that acoustic upright that’s built for traveling, the cut down one. You can check the thing in as oversize luggage, since the bass in the hardshell case weighs less than 50 lbs.
It’s in great condition, sounds really nice, records well, about 5 years old. There is one little crack just under the bridge post (my fault - it fell while being carried), which was fixed perfectly by Lisa Gass in Los Angeles.
I played it on 5 or 6 actual gigs (once at Neil Young's Bridge Concert), and 3 recording sessions (one on a recent Ronnie Isley release). The rest of the time it's just been at home. I paid a little over 5K at David Gage’s in NYC. It currently resides in Santa Monica, CA.
