2019 ultra p bass?

I saw this bass tonight on shop goodwill Used Fender American Ultra Precision Bass Guitar Relic Aged Sunburst Alder UNTESTED and ran the serial thru the fender website,
The results is Serial Number Lookup
Any ideas why the discrepancy?
If the goodwill bass legit?
Inquiring minds want to know...

Parts bass? The ultra precision is an active PJ bass

Building up on J-bass's reply, the tuners also do not match those of a relic 59 P bass (link for Thomann).

Fake and parts. Neck and tuners, have certainly never seen the inside of a Fender factory, and maybe not even Squier.

It's not worth $300.
