Up for Sale/Trade is a brand new Lakland DJ4 in Natural. I bought this last week along with a Lakland 44-64 Geezer in Black to compare, with full intentions of only one staying. I failed to read the return policy at Bass Central in FL, so my loss is your gain. It is literally brank spanking new with the plastic still on the pickguard and I have receipts to prove if you would like them. Not posting here due to privacy, but will provide them for the buyer. My price was $1500.00. It did not come with a gig bag but I'll throw in a Fender bag for shipping.
Only reason I'm letting this go vs the 44-64 is personal style preference and color. I like darker colored basses and white/cream basses and I need a P bass for a band I play in.
This is an incredible playing bass with super low action and excellent Jazz Bass tone. If you know Laklands, you already know about these. Just a super solid, high quality bass with awesome craftmanship and playability. Pickups are dead quiet when soloed, I noticed absolutely no noise from them at all. This will make just about any player happy.
For trades, I'd be looking only for a bass, but not sure what. So feel free to something you're looking to swap. Worst I can say is no thanks
