I built a 1x15 cab (8 ohm) for my LMII which puts out 500 watts at a 4 ohm load. I would like to build a 2x10 (8 ohm) cab to add to my rig set up. My question, would each speaker in the 2x10 cab be 4, 8 or 16 ohms, and would those 2 speakers be wired in series. The last question, would each speaker have to be rated for 150 or 300 watts, if I ran that cab alone at 8 ohms. Hope I explained my question clearly. Thanks

they each need to handle 250 watts if you want it to handle 500 total.
Two 4 ohms in series would be 8 ohms. Two 16 ohms in parallel would also be 8 ohms.

Just realized you don't need 500 watts at 8 ohms. I' not sure what your amp puts out at 8 ohms though.
If you were to run this with your other cab then i guess it would be 8 Ohms as most amps go down to 4 ohms and the outputs on the rear would be parallel.
