3 Wood Challenge: First build, single cut BO

Here's what I have so far:

I'm thinking:
  • Black Limba body
  • FS Maple neck
  • Birdseye FB w/ green shell blocks, or Pau Ferro with no inlay. Haven't decided.

Passive jazz pups unless I have time to design and build my own active pre, in which case I may throw a Music Man pickup in the bridge.

Next: Cut the templates and make a scarf joint jig... and build this before I move on the 28th...

I like the design. Forgive me for my ignorance/forgetfullness(don't know which it is), but what is FS Maple?
And I think Birdseye with green shell would look sweet!

Thanks! Im leaning towards the birdseye myself. FS is Flat Sawn. Like a fender neck but with a scarf joint, rather than quartersawn or laminated. FS is probably not a very standard abbreviation. Hard Rock Maple is the species.
