Custom-made 32" medium-scale J-style bass, assembled from new and NOS parts. Babicz bridge, frets crowned and leveled, new D'Addario medium scale strings - it's super smooth with low action.

- Brad Lowe 32" medium scale neck with birdseye maple fingerboard and graphite stabilizer rods
- Bartolini 9J pickups, inline humbucking for noise cancellation when soloed

- Black Hipshot Ultralite tuners

• Basswood body, black finish. Very good condition, some very minor scratches, no chips or dents.
• Neck is a brand-new, custom-made Brad Lowe designed 32" scale conversion neck with quartersawn maple shaft and birdseye maple fingerboard, with graphite stabilizer rods inside, made in USA by Best Guitar Parts in Tacoma, WA. Light oil finish on fingerboard to bring out the figuring.
• Jazz-width nut (1.5") and vintage-height frets, low and smooth action
• Hipshot Ultralite tuners
• Bartolini 9J inline humbucking Jazz pickups (side-by-side coils)
• John East BTB-01 active preamp / EQ with selectable mid boost/cut, stacked frequency select + boost/cut knob with pull bright switch.
• Stacked volume and blend control
• Black knurled metal control knobs
• Separate cavity for 9V battery
• Babicz Full Contact Hardware bridge, chrome, much better contact between saddles and bridge plate for extra sustain without the extra weight!
• Unused control holes are plugged for now, if the buyer wants to install different electronics or knob configurations, easily openable.
• Weight: Approximately 9 lbs. Solid, very resonant, great sustain. It balances very well on a strap thanks to the shorter neck, no neck dive issues.
