36" double ball strings -please help-

Hi folks.

I haven't used my headless 4 string Schack Carbon B2 for ages... now I want to use it again.

This bass has a 36" scale. Unfortunately Schack does not sell strings anymore.

Anyone knows who is still manufacturing this kind of strings?

Facts:
- strings for "Steinberger" are too short!
- I don't want to use 'regular' strings with the 'screw & cut' method

Any help is highly apptreciated.

Regards from Southern Switzerland.

Hi proghead,

have you tried www.bassstringsonline.com ? They might have what you are looking for.

If you don't see it on their site, contact the owner (I think his name is John). He is also a member on this forum. If he doesn't stock them, perhaps he can find them for you?

Good luck,

Gkon

I doubt you'll be able to find them. Jason at bsol is the one to ask to for sure.
Where in southern Switzerland, if you don't mind me asking?
