4+1 Headstock Template...

Hi,

I'm looking for a headstock template in PDF format for a 4+1 headstock with vintage style tuners.

I'm currently building a few kit bass guitars at the moment that have paddle headstocks and I want to make a router template where both the 4 and 5 string headstocks are the same size.

Welcome to TB.
Why not create your own template so the sizing matches up as you describe?

Suspect you'll need to make two - same outline, different hole locations, or the 4s will be wonky with the 4 tuners spaced for a fifth string that's not there. Anyway, grab some paper and get sketching, cut out from cardboard and mull it, transfer to MDF and make some templates. Make it yours.

You’ll almost certainly have to adjust the shape a bit anyway to account for different nut widths on the four- and five-string variants.
