4 string BEAD or 5 string, tonal difference?

So, my bad has upgraded to 7 string guitars, and I either need some 125s for my 4 string warwick or a 5 string. I'm going to be tuning to G# Eb G# C# A#, would the 5 string carry that low note any better than a 4 string with heavier gages? I'm talking about tone and tightness.

There's always going to be some, considering you're talking about adding more mass to the neck, body, bridge, etc. even if it's the same "model" 4 vs. 5. But check out the Strings forum for more downtuning ideas. You probably will need to widen the nut for the lowest string though.
And speaking of, I don't get your tuning at all lol.

Ok now we're talking!
So I'm assuming they're playing drop G#? All else being equal you'd wanna tune that B to Bb/A# to keep in line w/ the 1/2 step down thing.

And honestly I have a 4 string that I use for drop B and Bb and in a live setting, especially against those guitars, it's not gonna make a difference. I'd just keep your 'Wick and set it up right if that's your favorite ax to play.
