5 String Jazz Bass

I've stumbled upon this auction in a Portuguese website (Invalid Link Removed), and am considering it. I would like, however your opinion on this bass:

Invalid Link Removed

I'll do a translation of the description:

Selling a Fender Jazz Bass V at a super price, with only a small defect ... The arm is slightly warped and you have to it resolve this problem. Otherwise, be sure that it's good business ...

SFender Mexican Standard 5-String Jazz Bass V Features: Alder body 5-string bass Graphite-reinforced neck with modern C shape and satin polyurethane finish Rosewood or maple fingerboard with rolled edges 20 medium jumbo frets Open-back cast machine heads 2 Jazz Bass single-coil pickups Volume/volume/master tone controls HMV Bridge (high mass vintage) Chrome hardware Thinner undercoat

The price is 570€, including delivery, or 803.716 USD. Remember that since it was probably bought in portugal, the prices may vary alot from the ones in the United States.

Also, how hard (and expensive) is it to replace the neck for a quality one?

Thanks for the help in advance!
