Renaud Garcia-Fons has said he uses the 5th Sarabande as a warm up. I had never played it before -- the 5th Suite scares me -- but it is the perfect warm up. Hauntingly beautiful, moves from High F above the octave to first position C, all sorts of weird wonderful lines with different finger combinations, makes you play slowly and smoothly. Here's a version with Bilsma's markings added.
And if you have a low C you can play it as written and have fun with the super low notes.
