You could look for a 7-string set (of the BEADGCF type, as opposed to F#BEADGC) and discard the B, but it would be cheaper to buy an EADGC set (some companies make them) plus a single F, or a 4-string, EADG plus a single C and an F. (C and F would be detuned to B and E, of course.)

Or you can contact Stringjoy and get a custom set. They do sell single strings too, but their thinnest bass string is a .025", which would be very tight at high E. However, they also make guitar strings, so you could get a single (it's probably long enough - guitar strings can be as long as 38"), around 020 either plain or wound, and thread it through a bass ball end.
Or you could have them make it, already with a large ball end. In this case, go through their custom set procedure

GHS Boomer Light 4-string set, 40-55-75-95 (EADG), plus a single 30w for B and a single 20w for E.

Here's how the tension numbers work out:

E 020 - 31.6 lbs.
B 030 - 33.2
G 040 - 33.6
D 055 - 35.2
A 075 - 35.9
E 095 - 36.1

Currently have this set:

.025 - .035 - .045 - .060 - .080 - .105

All are stringjoy except for .045...couldn't get that one to work properly...buzz, overtone, just didn't work...nor did the replacement I got. My top-notch luthier couldn't make it work. A GHS .045 was swapped in, and with no adjustments, sounds perfect. I like the Stringjoys but am weirded out on that .045.

In the past I have used D’Addario XL Nickels to achieve this. Pick a 4-string set that you like then choose singles for the high b & e strings (.032 & .020).

Addressing the request, look at kalium strings. Basic website but shoot an email.
To push back, I thought about going this route a couple times because it translates easy to guitar scales. Stuck it out on bass standard 6 string and I really enjoy it.

I'd recommend against Kalium. I've had a tough time with their customer service and strings taking forever to ship. I think that the last time I tried to use them, I ended up cancelling the order because so much time went by with no communication. I'm surprised to see so many people recommending them; I thought that their service had slipped so much that the TB crowd had stopped supporting them.
