I agree, it seems that society today thinks that anytime something bad happens to them they'll be able to get get some money out of it by suing some one.

I mean imagine all the bs cases out there where people like these strip people of their hard earned money. Its a waste of court time and should be thrown out IMMEDIATLY! People are so obsessed with finding loop holes and what not that they're losing their common sense. Blah I could go on about this but i'll just leave it there.

So what's a bum note at rehearsal worth? A few hundred grand each time, surely.

My wife is totally colour blind as well as legally blind and doesn't drive. One of my daughters is autistic and as a result I drive about 300km a week at least, and juggle a career around my schedule which, for the next 6 months at least, will still be in tatters.

I think I can make do with 7 million, so if there is a budding lawyer on TB willing to hand it to me to help prove the point and set a new precedent, I'm your man...
