'69 EB3 Split headstock. What Gauge strings?

Hi all,
As above i was just wondring what people would recommend for strings on this bad boy.
It has never had the headstock broken and has quite a thin neck.
i have fitted some GHS Brite Flats that are .108 to .049 and i am concerned that they could be too heavy.
What do you reckon?
Cheers

Hi guys,
sorry it has taken a while to get back to this, thanks for your responses.
It does seem to create a bit too much neck relief when tuned to e440.
The truss rod action setting seems right but the neck seems to have a bit of a bend under tension.
The neck is straight and has had the fret board refitted and reglued level ( professionally )
Maybe some really light strings are the answer?
It also seems hard to get light gauge strings in short scale. Any tips?
Thanks again.
