a question for the akai deep impact users..

Saw a Deep Impact described as "not working" go for over £150 on eBay last week. A working one ended a couple of days ago for over £300.

I'd rather wait and see how the new Chunk Systems box performs.

buying a broken one is just stupid. I can't imagine there would be much you could do with it?

My Deep Impact went TU a couple of years ago. I sent it out to be repaired, and it turned out to be a just few broken solder connections. A quick resolder job and it's been perfect ever since!
