A word on PICKGUARDIAN!

I want to share with all you TBer's about my experience with Tony at Pickguardian.com. I have a Squier P bass that was in need of some pickguard love. I decided to have it match my Fender P that has a Chrome metal pickguard so I ordered a mirrored plastic guard from Tony. It arrived very quickly. However upon opening the priority mail box I discovered that it was shattered in about 6 pieces:bawl: So I emailed Tony who at the time was at the NAMM show describing to him what happened along with a pic of the destruction. This was clearly the fault of our trusted post office system. Tony responded almost immediately to send it back along with the original template and he would make me another at no charge.:hyper: This in my opinion goes above and beyond excellent customer service. Sure it was a disappointment to have this bass out of commission a little longer. But that too was the fault of the po not mine and not Tony's. The new guard arrived today safe and sound and I could not be happier. It is nice and thick and looks killer. Anyone needing a custom guard especially for those hard to fit ever changing Squiers I must say Tony is the man to go to. He in theory did not have to replace that pickguard but he did and in doing so earned a loyal customer who will be more than happy to send people business. Cheers!

Yeah, he's a solid dude. I get all of my guards from him.
I had a pearloid p guard made, and I sent the wrong measurements for the neck pup rout.
He rerouted it to fit and made a cover out of pearloid to cover the hole. For free!
That's service.

Tony's tort 'guard turned my CS '64 J from an old lady into a swinging '60s chick. His turnaround time is incredibly quick, too.

Not identical to the old Fender nitro PGs (nothing out there is) but the closest thing on the market, IMO.

Bought a PG off tony few months ago, fast turnaround time consider I have to send the original one for tracing plus int'l business. Great communication and service! I will definitely shop from Pickguardian in the future.
