Greetings! Simple as this... Can we use neck (on the picture) with 6 strings? Like if we replace nut and the gauge and use something like EADGcf?

I don't see why not. I ave a jazz bass 5 string that uses a four string P bass neck with a new nut and a bridge with adjustable spacing. String spacing is 16.5mm I believe, which is fine with me as my main bass has 17mm spacing. I really like it.
Divide the width of the nut by six and that should give you a rough estimate of what your string spacing should be I would think.

The nut seems wide enough to take that extra string. I'd think carefully where you place the 6th tuner,a clear line of sight to the bridge would be best.
Yes, but be aware spacing is VERY narrow! I mean like forget slapping! I own a Modulus TBX like this. Spacing is 11.5mm all my other basses are 15 mm or so which is considered "narrow spacing".
The problem is that If you are used to playing 15mm spacing and switch to 11.5mm spacing it's not that it's that hard to play but rather that it takes a bit of playing to get the gears in your brain to adjust to the narrow spacing. But once you get going, it's fine. It's all sort of a pain, but my Modulus TBX-6 is SUCH a cool bass that I'm willing to put up with the hassle.
That's for a 7 string. A 6 string has 5 spaces.
Here's some math based on that neck's specs.
String spacing at the nut is 3/8 or .375
5 string is 4 spaces between strings so .375 x 4 = 1.5 total string spacing with 3/8 total or 3/16 per side of neck past the center of the outside strings.
A 6 string with 5 spaces would be .3 inch or 7.62mm spacing at the nut
Bridge spacing could be no more than .5875 or 14.92mm keeping the same 3/16 overhang up the entire neck.

Replacing the nut is easy.
Drilling a 6th tuner hole in the right spot is slightly more difficult.
Finding a bridge that will work with the resulting tight spacing might be the most difficult part.
My 6 string uses a Carvin LB76 nut which is 2", and there is room for that spacing on your neck with a hair less meat to the sides. The bridge spacing would be narrower though, mine is 16mm and this would end up between 14 and 15mm. Would be best to use a bridge with variable string spacing.
