This bass is killer!
Here we have a Summer 2005 build Alleva Coppolo KBP 4 stringer in Sherwood Green Metallic!!!
Sounds like a 60s Pbass should with low action. Ultra low serial number B0016 makes this an NYC build.
This bass may be the first "A" neck P-bass he ever built under Alleva-Coppolo.
Specs:
-1 and 1/2” A Style Jazz Neck
-Bone nut
-Clay dots
-Old growth East Indian Rosewood fretboard (cleaned and oiled)
-Vintage tint neck
-Nitro lacquer Sherwood Green Metallic finish
-Matching headstock
-Weighs 8.48 lbs on my Digital Rapala Fish Scale with recent battery replacement
-Original AC bridge installed but comes with a Bad Ass II bridge
-Ships in an old AC gig bag with purple lining
At this point in time, I’m only interested in 5 string trades on this one and that would be for any of the following brands: Alleva Coppolo, Wal, or Fodera. Again, 5 strings preferred, 4 strings considered, 6 strings or basses strung E to C, not interested. Will look at both fretted and fretless.

I have B0015, also a KBP4 with a 1 1/2" nut "A" neck, I think there may have been a couple more before these. The necks were copied from an old Jazz bass belonging to Kirk Powers.

Thank you. Jimmy's instruments are the finest kind, and are in the rare position of increasing in value with age. B0015 is a classic 3 tone sunburst with tortoise guard and rosewood board. There is a gold fretless KBP4 from this same period out there somewhere that I would love to find.
