I think I have reached the limit of what I would be prepared to do. This is a one off I don't see myself going down this road again.

Wow.

At first I thought it was like a double neck fretted/fret less that just shared the same fingerboard, but looking at it closer...it is a single range, just the lower 5 stringsare fretless, correct? The woods and the build are gorgeous, but imagining how to play that thing is giving me a headache!

No kidding that build hit your limits!
