Caught St Vincent on ACL this weekend. I heard the bass before I saw the hair. My first thought was wow, the bass sound is awesome! Mustang, Hofner club, synth - not only was the tone perfect for the music, but the playing itself was really fun, tasteful and funky! The band sounded fantastic. Clearly having a great time. I love ACL but fine that the bass is often kind of low in the mix. Was really pleasantly surprised during the St Vincent set. Great mix!

That's great. The band sounds awesome and it's a very clear and rich sounding recording. I really like the way you use the different tones of keyboard bass and the Mustang and Hofner in these songs. Great performances - too good not to share in this thread!
