Acoustic B10 Static Problem?

I just bought it. I was playing fine, until suddenly it just started static-ing like crazy! I unplugged the bass, yet it won't stop! Did it crap out already? I've tried it in multiple different locations throughout my house.

Probably a dodgy connection, perhaps somewhere around the input jack. As it's in warranty, I'd take it back to Guitar Center.

It's an easy guess.............

They are made for Guitar Center, and sold as a "house brand"

Well, I released that it's completely busted. Whenever you turn up the volume, you get an atrocious static noise, and if you try to play over it, it won't even register.
