I have the B200 combo with a B115 cab underneath..great old school sonds
I don't have one yet but I'm climbing the walls until I can get a B200. Having said that I have tried their B100 at GC one day and was floored at how much better sounding, easier to use (as far as dialing in sound/tone), and versatile (can get any sound/tone you want) the thing was compared to GK, Ampeg, and the cheap crap like Line 6 (barf), Peavy, etc. Smooth, tight, glassy, silent when not playing, warm, bright, clear, just such a great, terrific sound.
Fast forward some months to today when while back at GC buying some new strings I thought I'd have another gander but the 600H atop the 810 cab was all they had out. Oh darn, what was I to do?
Holy crap I had to leave because it was every bit of that x10. W/ the volume and gain both at 9 o'clock I had to go VERY easy on the strings of my same model of Ibanez to keep from setting off car alarms in the parking lot. Same results as the B100 I've tried and was even able to quickly and easily dial in Geddy Lee's signature growl out of a $200 Ibanez w/o even trying!! I'd LOVE to try out the Acoustic of the 70s to see what the difference is but today's Acoustic is absolutely amazing. I'm dying every day I'm not able to pony up cash I don't have to go buy mine.

I have an acoustic b100, amazing amp. Was 220 bucks brand new, worth every penny. Louder then heck (At full volume you can hear it a block away) and has a clean sound. Also works some what good with fuzz and distortion pedals. The fuzzies sound great on it, but you gotta be careful with distortion pedals. It can make the amp sound nasty. (In a good way)

Recently purchased a B600H head with a B410 cab.....very pleased....i play a ric 4003 and a mia p-bass with a rogue vb100 thrown in for good measure...i got $115.00 off listed price for the head as it was a scratch and dent...a very small dent in the backside not noticeable unless you look for it..will more than likely add the B115 cab soon...
I went back home to New Orleans to Jam with some old friends that are into Ozzy\Judas Priest\Van Halen, and most other styles of Metal, or old school rock.
All they had for me to use was a B100 sitting there looking tiny. I'm looking at the amp, and then I'm looking at the Marshall stack the guatar player had. I'd be playing with this? up against that stack? I was extremely doubtful about this little B100, but I couldn't bring my SVT4 pro, and my Schroeder 21012R with me, so I plugged in and gave it a chance. I was so blown away by this little 200 watt 15" combo. This amp sounded perfect. Great tone, and deep clean puchy bass. I was floored, so I'm going to be looking into getting an Acoustic rig.... very soon.
If you haven't tried one of these, just Do it. You should be quite pleased....at any volume. They get my vote, that's for sure. A+++

Acoustic B200 are now going for $299 at GC. Make sure you tell them to check the internet price because it has not reflected in a lot of the stores. A great price for a great amp!
I have the 20 watt and it seems quite good for the home...plus I couldnt lift the 100 w which was on sale becuz I have a sore back.....oh well....
I bought the acoustic b200 a few months ago, and man is that sucker LOUD. To give you an idea, I played in a band with 3 guitards, all of them blasting their line6 and marshall full stacks all the way up. I never had to turn this baby up past 12 0 clock. Hands down the best combo on the market.

I have been playing guitar for 10 years and recently made the switch into bass, i bought a squier 1960 classic jazz bass and the acoustic b200h head and b115 cabinet, i am in love with the entire setup. the band plays mostly classic rock petty,beatles and ccr. This amp has the testes to drown out the guitars at times, and im competing against a fender half stack and a 5150 halfstack. The on/off selectable tweeter makes it nice as well so i can have those fat lows for come together and get those punchy highs in have u ever seen the rain. truthfully i have never spent a better 500 dollars in my entire life.
