sounds like a 3leaf octavbre about halfway between the filter extremes. Maybe a Cog, more to the filtered side of its sweep.

I don't think it's a Valeton Oc-10.
I could make my Octabvre Mini make a similar sound with the tone to the right.

Yep, it definitely sounds OC2-based to my ears. But the track on the lower notes sounds quite good, so I'm also going with the Octabvre. This being said, it will turn out to be some Garage Band plug-in

I'm not familiar with any octavers, so no.
I do own a TC SubnUp Mini, but have only used it sporadically, so I'm not even sure I'd recognize it.

I'm very proud of how close I can get the sound of the Octabvre or T16, although in high pitched notes sometimes you can hear the glide between two notes.
So I'm thinking about buying an analog one
I would say I'm surprised that a digital modeler could do that sound, but all I keep seeing around here is how good the HX is, so I'm not *super* surprised. =0)
