Ad-free option. I paid, make it stop!

Greetings everyone, I've searched yet somehow cannot find the answer: I've been on TB for a year or two, I am sick to death of the ads. I have only medium speed internet and little patience for noise in my signal. I spent the $60 and upgraded to the higher supporting membership for the ad free option, but, horrors, they're still there! I've dumped my cache, restarted, all the usual, to no avail. How do I turn off the noise???? Please ........... Make it stop.

you should be set now - let me know via pm if you still see them, and i'll look into it further. in the future, with situations like this, notify one of us directly (any of the mods, or admins - me, david wilson, or chris fitzgerald, or of course paul, the site owner) or post in the forum usage issues subforum (where i moved this) and we can set you up directly. don't want to miss it if you have a problem.

There is an option to get ad free option by paying only $60 ? Wow i never knew
is it still worth 60 or the amount has increased?
