Adding wheels to combos/cabs

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by angelopb, Nov 6, 2004.

  1. Ampeg's portabass combos have cool integrated wheels and handle. This is much more preffered to me than casters. Is there any kit or parts one can buy to add wheels and a retractible handle for adding to a combo? I just don't want it to look home-made.

www.Partsexpress.com has a lot of that type of stuff too...

Go to their cabinet hardware section.

A folding handtruck would do the same thing but will make itself useful in other ways too... I bought mine at The Home Depot.
