Double Bass Adolf Misek

Does anybody know where I can find information on Adolf Misek? I'm trying to write program notes for my recital and am having trouble finding anything on him. The only source I know of is Owen Lee's cd but he doesn't give any of his sources for the information. Grove's Dictionary and Paul Brun's book have nothing on him.

Hello,
I have some information about him, I have found it on a Belgian site :

If you are not able to understant french, Adolf Misek was Czech composer born in Modeltin, in 1875 and died in Prague in 1955. When he was 15 years old, he studied to the Conservatory of Vienne. He entered at the age of 23 to the Opera's Orchestra. He was the bandmaster of the Chorus. Then he composed for the doublebasse pieces inspired by the end of the Romantism. In 1918 he became solist at the National Theater.

Scuse my english, I am a native.
May you know a website where I could download free scores of Misek. I dream of playing his first Sonata...
