Ads on iPhone

Getting an ad at the bottom of the screen that I never used to get. Tried closing every tab, restarting phone, cleared browsing history/website data/cookies- nothing has worked.

I'm using an iPhone 6S running iOS 9.3.1.

Apparently it's google ads? I'm curious as to why it's starting now. It's never happened before. quite annoying.

Yes sorry just testing, meant to make it for guests only. Can you help me test something? If you close the ad (tap the three bars above it), does it come back on another page load during your browsing session, or does it stay away?

Ah that explains it. If I tapped the three bars it went away but would come back on another page load.
