Advice? this seems like a deal

So I'm in the market for a micro-amp setup for rehearsals which are not very loud. I came accross this deal @ AMS which seems killer.

It's $499 for both the head and cab which typically sell for $399 and $250 respectively, so a savings of about $150.

Any reason not to buy this? Any better head/cab deals about the same size for a similar price?

One thing I like about this head is that I can use it as a backup for my other rig (GB 6.2 combo/bagend 15) since it has 2 speakers out.

Does anyone have experience with this head & cab?
I have read through a fair amount of the mini/micro rig threads, but I didn't see anything specific about this combination.

Seems pretty steep to me compared to what you could get with one of the GK combos, (and I don't even like combos). Don't get me wrong, If you like the Ashdown sound, and you play with a few acoustic guitar players in coffee houses, it might be just the thing for you.

Search on MB115, MB210 and MB212 and compare prices from RMC audio.
