Advice? this seems like a deal

So I'm in the market for a micro-amp setup for rehearsals which are not very loud. I came accross this deal @ AMS which seems killer.

Ashdown MIBASS Stack with MI220 Head and MI10 Cab

It's $499 for both the head and cab which typically sell for $399 and $250 respectively, so a savings of about $150.

Any reason not to buy this? Any better head/cab deals about the same size for a similar price?

One thing I like about this head is that I can use it as a backup for my other rig (GB 6.2 combo/bagend 15) since it has 2 speakers out.

Does anyone have experience with this head & cab?
I have read through a fair amount of the mini/micro rig threads, but I didn't see anything specific about this combination.

Seems pretty steep to me compared to what you could get with one of the GK combos, (and I don't even like combos). Don't get me wrong, If you like the Ashdown sound, and you play with a few acoustic guitar players in coffee houses, it might be just the thing for you.

Search on MB115, MB210 and MB212 and compare prices from RMC audio.

    Thanks Jaco Who?,
As I said it is not my main rig and only for fairly quiet rehearsals.
I'm really trying to stay away from a combo(unless it has an ext. speaker jack) because I'd like to use the head as a backup.
    I'll definitely checkout RMC.
