Agile Harm extended scale guitar?

I was concerned about that too...thank you for validating!

You installed a bridge like this? I've been looking at those too.

I've also heard a couple folks say just keep the stock bridge and replace the saddles with something like these Graphtech saddles, enlarging the notches if need be. This is definitely not my area. I'm up for the cleanest way to intonate for the cheapest price without sacrificing quality.

He is always good for high-quality pics!
Yes, that’s the bridge I installed. The bridge is longer than a typical TOM in the nut-to-bridge direction so it has more space front to back for adjusting intonation.

Only replacing the saddles won’t make a single bit of difference in intonation because at a certain point with the stock bridge, you can end up adjusting the strings all the way forward or backward and still not get the strings intonated.

If anyone is interested in @XsoGol custom pickup build for this bass I can post build pic's or send them to XsoGol for him to share.
@Matt Kustom is making some great progress on replacement guts for the stock pickups. I, personally (and for my doom-y metal needs), feel like the stock pickups are thin and anemic. I sent them to Matt and he is replacing the guts of the neck pickup with an Alnico 5 bladed mini humbucker and a neodymium (Super Neo...like the prototypes he built for the Peavey Super Ferrite replacements) single coil in the bridge. Can't wait to throw these into the Harm and see how doom-y it gets! :bassist:

When redesigning and rapid prototyping sometimes changes need to be made as final assembly is attempted. After the pickup for redesign arrives disassembly, measurements taken the new design can start. Then it's a game of Legos and what fits. CAD files are designed. 10 files designed for the Super Neo Toaster. Then prototype cuts from cardboard to check as much fitment as possible. Then files are revised. Once things start to look and fit good parts are cut from Vulcanex and late assembly begins. This is when the final issues pop up. In this case there was no room for solder joints so relief's were made a long with a lead wire hole relocation. Thank you to @XsoGol for the business.

Destro
2013 Agile Harm 1 Toaster (Natural Ash) - 30" Scale
I named this Bass VI style guitar after Destro from G.I. Joe. I'm hoping this becomes a doom metal powerhouse for me. :bassist:
