I'm about to go into the studio to record the first album with my band and have a quick question..............
Does anyone here use the DI from their Aguilar DB750 for professional (or high standard) recording in the studio at all? Have heard of people (e.g. John Patitucci) recording with the other pre's such as the DB680, but curious how users like the DB750.
Plus, how does it compare with (or is it the same as) Aguilar's DB900 DI? Any comparisons with the Avalon U5, Countryman etc. DI also would be interesting. My rig is perfect for the sound I need, but just want to try and get it 'on tape' with the best start possible.
Any advice/experience greatly appreciated!
