This a trade feeler
WOULD ALSO TRADE FOR A AGUILAR AG700+$400 CASH FROM YOU
Aguilar DB750 head in excellent condition. Everything functions as it should. One thing to note is the micro toggle switch for the bright and deep has been replaced (original was broke off when I purchased it)
This is a tone monster. Has been my number one for almost two years now. Plenty of power and headroom to spare.
Stock tubes have been replaced and are not available. I have the Aguilar black headcase also.
I'm looking for 4 string bass trades. Fender P Bass in white with a maple neck or a Rickenbacker in Fireglo or a Yamaha Attitude III. I can add cash for the right trade.
I'm not playing live anymore and if I do it's all being backlined now so I'm moving some live stuff out. I also have a 3 space shock rack (brown in color) by Kent cases that could be worked into a deal but not sure about shipping (its close to 25 pounds empty.

Tubes in it now are
V1-Telefunken 12AX7 (EC883) smooth plate
V2-Tungsol 12AX7
V3-Groove Tubes 12AX7
V4-JJ 12AU7

Any interest in a Wilkins P? VERY nice lightweight precision with a killer neck. This pic is from before I put a Hipshot B style chrome bridge on it, had it set up and replaced the wiring harness with a nicer harness/caps etc...

I have a black body, maple necked Lakland 44-01. It's in good condition, some surface scratching on the front from gigging but otherwise in nice condition.

any interest?

I replied to your post on MN BassMasons. I have a butterscotch blonde Hwy 1 P I'd put into a trade, and add other things or cash as needed.

Got a chance to play one of these last night. Is this a Road Tested Series?

yes, mine is an earlier one I think. It has a slightly thinner body than a fender P and has a really nice Satin antique white finish. Its a great P bass. I love the deconstructed feeling maple neck and board. It has finish, but is pretty thin and you can really feel the notes with your left hand.

I was impressed with the playability of the one I tried out. I’m so use to a P being Fender like that this made me second guess.

I like that it feels kinda raw which has a vintage vibe. no thick urethane anywhere, super light and resonant, but with great bottom end. Definitely worth checking out Pat Wilkins basses!

Exactly. It reminded me of a vintage P I had before with a nitro finish

yeah, I reviewed a tricked out Wilkins P a few years back and it was unbelievably good.

good luck with the DB trade! I had one of the first ones that came out of the factory (waited about 6 months for it as a preorder!) and it is such an outstanding amp.
