Aguilar OBP3: Vol+Blend+3Eq+bypass switch + mid switch + tone

Hi guys,
I was thinking about adding a tone pot to my bass.
Would this be ok? would it work in passive and active mode?
I was also thinking about using a dual concentric Fender 250k pot for VOL+TONE

I found this wiring, the guys says the "Jesse" from Aguilar confirmed it... Lucky him! In Aguilar no one answers nowadays. Dreadful tech service.

el primer diagrama está pa choped, pero rula si se cambia el enganche desde el potedetono de la segunda a la 3 patilleja del vol.
