I go out sometimes. Not much though, and I hate doing it in the summer, but I just hate the heat period.
On occasion a bunch of us will have a war usually 20 to a team over a 300x400 foot field a friend of mine owns. I'm strictly a sniper, I started on a AEG Electric G&G M14, but have since purchased a AEG Electric G&G GR25 SPR Sniper Rifle. It's pretty fun on a cool summer evening.

After the first half hour, it's not bad very cool guys, no actual fields nearby, but my friend (who's completely addicted, ghilie suits and sniper manuals and everything) has a very nice set of woods nearby and we used to go there often in the summer. I'd upgrade my crappy s9 if I had more cash, but ah well, We've seen some good times

There is an old abandoned hospital which has been bought and is used as an airsoft grounds near me. Will have to go there some time

I play when someone will play with me. I got the UTG SOS shotgun with a reflex sight.
THis summer I'm going to my cousin's which is in Naples, FL and he said we can play on the beach. Like 10 on 10. I hear it's great fun for a mini D-day reanactment.

Don't know much about airsoft other than the gun my step son has won't fire a bb 10 feet. I take it there are stronger guns out there?
My AEG Electric G&G GR25 SPR Sniper Rifle uses a Hi-Torque 2500rpm motor, and shoots at about 350 fps. I'm not sure exactly how far away I can accurately hit someone, but its quite a long ways.
I agree but if I'd imagine shooting at each other with pellet guns would lose all of its fun after about 60 seconds.
Airsoft, as well as paintball, always intrigued me. I think both would be a blast!!
As a kid/teen I, my sibs and neighbors would do the cowboy & indian thing with hhandmade spears & BB guns. (I could see then). Neighbors had ponies, but little land; we had no ponies, but 80 acres of wood/swamp/field. It was a good trade. Because of skill level needed, you were more likely to get hit by a BB, but actually getting it by a heavy pointed stick was much worse.
Good thing luck often runs with stupid. Nobody ever needed more than a few stitches or so.

i had one from japan before they came out here. It was a pure black model of a glock 17.
When I moved to nashville with my band, they would piss me off and i would shoot them with it...

Never got into airsoft. I played paintball for a few years before I realized that I was wasting my money away on paint and Smart Parts markers and gear. It was fun times until I started shooting $200 of paint every weekend. 
Those electronic guns are FAST!
These days I just buy real firearms and reloading equipment/supplies. I figure the plastic look alikes won't help much in the event of a zombie attack anyways.
