I listed "beer", i got that day covered too. :)

Acctually i add ice to all my drinks (except for shots and beer). :)

Anyone here know what mixes with this liquor called "Everclear"??

I wouldn't even call it liquor, it's pretty much straight up alcohol. 195 proof.

My friend brought be a bottle from a different state and gave it to me. I don't know what I'm suppose to mix it with. I'm not a moonshiner, I can't drink the stuff straight.

Vodka of choice not for mix but only for shots that is rarely sold in USA: Armenian vodka made out of dogwood berry (and few other fruits). Only place I buy it at is LA's Armenian stores, it’s like a shot of heaven, Imagine taking a shot, breating out and your mouth fills with taste of fruit, soooo goooood.

Usually I see it at college parties mixed with soft drinks and/or fruit juices.

You could also add water to it to lower the concentration. This would create vodka.

PS: You mean 95%, not 195, yeah? An ethanol solution of 97.5% would not be possible through distillation, so it probably wouldn't be commercially viable. But maybe not!

You can make 97.5% rather easily through distillation if you add the appropriate molar ratio of benzene to the amount of water you want to take away to the original 95% EtOH. The lower boiling azeotrope distills right off. That's how they make "100%" EtOH; though I would advise against drinking it because there's always a small amount of benzene left which is not good for you, and will reside in your liver for the rest of your life.
