I've played gigs using my Mackie SRM450's and SWA15's for my rig with my PodXTlive, sounded great! Assuming you are using amp and speaker simulation...

If you value low end and preformance-level SPL, whatever product of this type needs to be a bit larger and have more power.

What greenboy said. You'll be much happier with something along the lines of a Tech 21 Power Engine. Unless my eyes and brain are failing me (not impossible) they don't even say what the power of the amp or the speakers are, which means it's geared to those who don't need/want to know, which would not be you : )

Just for comparison, the Power Engine 60, with 1 X 12, is designed for just that use, as a powered amp with an fx pedal/Modeler front as preamp, and they're just about the same price. And when used with a Pod it is LOUD!!! : )
