Alex, I'm with you and abark on "minutiae". For the pronounciation issue alone it goes down, but then you layer on its meaning "small, insignificant" - not the image that I would want to give people. Even if Dan was shooting for irony - I think that is very tricky road to go down.
Mola - no caps - is starting to grow on me, but keep trying.
You can change it to FOLA which is, in greek, the poisoned piece of food you give to the neighbor's dog or cat that you want to kill
