American peavey cirrus knobs

Hi I have an American peavey cirrus bass and I absolutely hate the walnut knobs any way I can replace them? One has a mid sweep

Gold metal instead? And where can I find them that fit

I bought gold knobs for my USA Cirrus from Carvin, but I had to drill them out slightly to get them to seat on the pot's shaft. So see if you can spec the required internal hole diameter. Or you and I could trade knobs, I've been thinking about changing to wood knobs! However, the volume knob on mine has some of the gold plating wearing off so the chrome underneath shows a little bit. If you don't like the walnut knobs, because of the dull/dried-out look, then do what I did. After I cleaned my fretboard with Fast Fret, I applied it to the knobs. They look much better now, as they looked like utter crap before.

Hipshot knobs used to come on American Peavey Cirrus basses, and they have the stacked set you need for the mid sweep. You might try them.

I used to have a brand new set of gold knobs from USA Cirrus. If your still looking, message me and I'll dig them out.

Anyone know a source for the grey (or black) rubber knobs that came on the USA Cirrus basses? I need some replacements.

Last time I checked with Peavey, they were out of stock.
