Amp blown?

Ive got a Ashdown Mag300h head I think its called. Well anyways, I went to band practice and everything was EXTREMLEY low volume and couldnt get as loud as it used to. And it only works in my High input and not in my low. Is my head blown? I dont think its my cab because I hooked up my bass-vamp hoping to use it like a pre-amp so I can at least get some volume... but does anyone know whats wrong?

If your normal(passive) input is completely dead, and the high(active) input works but at low volume, I'd say something is malfunctioning in the pre-amp section.

If your "Bass-vamp" is indeed a preamp, you could try hooking its output to your Ashdown's fx return jack. This will bypass your Ashdown's preamp, and drive the power section only.
Remember to turn your fx blend knob to wet, (if equipped)

You're right. Also, I am betting on a good chance that the problem with the head is pretty simple. Did you say that the Low input is really, really dead? That suggests something as simple as a loose connection close to the input jacks.
