A. Take the front grill cloth off. Its held on by 4 velcro strips in the corners. 4 seconds total time.
B Use an electric screwdriver, or a hand one if thats all you have. large Phillips head. remove the screws from the speaker that hold it in the cab, (from the front)
C. remember which wire of the 2 speaker wires go on the positive terminal of the speaker (usually marked w/ a red paint dot.
D. remove the speaker
E. There are 3 bolts that hold the magnet onto the back of the speaker cone, take them out w/ a socket wrench.
F. Put the new speaker cone (kit you bought) on the old magnet and put the 3 bolts back in .
G. re-install the speaker the way you took it out.
If you have no skills at all, it should take no more than 45 mins.
otherwise just take it in . The will probably charge you $75 for labor and it will take them 10 mins.
